Step two

We get your People and Processes reviewed and set up

We get into the weeds to see how it currently works, identify the gaps and fill them! We’ll review all of your current documents and processes (contracts, handbooks, inductions, performance reviews etc). Plus we’ll gather insights through 121s and surveys to understand your people’s feelings about work life.

THE OUTCOME

We will identify gaps in data and processes, feed insights into the people plan, and create/update all necessary documents and templates.

The exciting bit – implementing your People Plan

So you know the work you’ve got to do, but now you’ve got to do it but you don’t have the time, which is why you hired us.

THE OUTCOME

A team of experts overseeing and implementing projects from the people plan against delivery schedule within agreed timeframes.
