Step one

You have your People Strategy Session with Kelly

We’ll assess and strategise on key areas including people policies, recruitment, salary, benefits, learning and development, performance management, and succession planning, shaping a tailored plan for the future of your business and your people.

THE OUTCOME

A people plan with detailed actions to ensure every part of the employee lifecycle is where it needs to be for you, your people and your business.

Step two

We get your People and Processes reviewed and set up

We get into the weeds to see how it currently works, identify the gaps and fill them! We’ll review all of your current documents and processes (contracts, handbooks, inductions, performance reviews etc). Plus we’ll gather insights through 121s and surveys to understand your people’s feelings about work life.

THE OUTCOME

We will identify gaps in data and processes, feed insights into the people plan, and create/update all necessary documents and templates.

Step three

The exciting bit – implementing your People Plan

So you know the work you’ve got to do, but now you’ve got to do it but you don’t have the time, which is why you hired us.

THE OUTCOME

A team of experts overseeing and implementing projects from the people plan against delivery schedule within agreed timeframes.

All the ongoing bits and pieces like:

  • Monthly progress meetings to update, share feedback and revise planned work to be on track with the business. 

  • Weekly update email detailing tasks we have completed and areas of focus for the following week.
