We get your People and Processes reviewed and set up
We get into the weeds to see how it currently works, identify the gaps and fill them! We’ll review all of your current documents and processes (contracts, handbooks, inductions, performance reviews etc). Plus we’ll gather insights through 121s and surveys to understand your people’s feelings about work life.

We will identify gaps in data and processes, feed insights into the people plan, and create/update all necessary documents and templates.
